Hillary supporters may remember Debra as the delegate who openly declared she would be supporting John McCain after Hillary lost. In retaliation the Democratic Party stripped her of her delegate status, even though her job at the convention was to cast her vote for Hillary not Obama.

Obama's Long Lost Brother Found

Obama's lost long half-brother has been found in Kenya. But the 26-year-old doesn't even tell people he is related to Obama because he is ashamed. The poor man lives in a hut and on less than a $1 a day. Obama lives in a $1.5 million mansion in Chicago. Sickening.

Obama and Gay Marriage

Obama's positions seem to shift with the wind, or more precisely, with the audience he's speaking to. One of those positions is gay marriage. 

He said before Iowa in this televised speech that he supported full equality for gays and lesbians.

At another televised speech before Iowa he had this to say:

You want the word marriage and I believe that the issue of marriage has become so entangled – the word marriage has become so entangled with religion – that it makes more sense for me as president, with that authority, to talk about the civil rights that are conferred" with civil unions, said Obama."

Obviously he softened his position because let's face it full equality for gays and lesbians would be legalized gay marriage. We've tried the whole separate but equal thing in America once and it didn't work. 

He's also said he's against amending the constitution to ban gay marriage and it should be left up to the states to decide. 

One state in particular is about to decide on gay marriage and that's California. It will come to a vote in November. And guess what Obama doesn't support the vote. So I'm confused about leaving it up to the states and then not supporting the effort to leave it up to the states. He had this to say:

"In a letter to the Alice B. Toklas LGBT Democratic Club read Sunday at the group's annual Pride Breakfast in San Francisco, the Illinois senator said he supports extending "fully equal rights and benefits to same-sex couples under both state and federal law."

"And that is why I oppose the divisive and discriminatory efforts to amend the California Constitution, and similar efforts to amend the U.S. Constitution or those of other states," Obama wrote."

Oh now I get it, leaving it up to the states only counts when the state supports gay marriage. 

And last night at a values forum hosted by the evangelical Rick Warren, Obama reasserted his position against gay marriage, support of civil unions and support of the right for each state to decide for themselves. 

So when speaking to Christians Obama is for civil unions and against gay marriage. When speaking to Californians Obama is opposed to banning gay marriage which would effectively legalize it.

Now this position may not seem all that different. But remember the supreme court in California just ruled that gay marriage is legal, so if the voters do not overturn the will of the supreme court in November gay marriage would remain legal. 

New Documents Reveal Obama's Opposition to BAIPA

Since leaving the Illinois Senate Obama has given several reasons why he didn't support the Born Alive Infant Protection Act, which protects children born alive after botched abortions. New documents reveal that one of excuses was just that – an excuse. He said that he wouldn't support the bill without a neutrality clause. When an amendment was made in his committee to add the clause he voted for it. But then immediately afterwards when the amended bill was voted on he voted against the bill effectively killing it before it came to a vote on the floor. Once again Obama's lies and misrepresentations have been revealed.

What's interesting is while Obama is shy about attacking or using negativity against his opponnet, he and his wife both seem eager to attack and use negativity against America every chance they get. Instead of saying he's running because he loves his country he says America isn't what it was. I wonder when America was? During the primary he refused to aknowledge the country had done well under the Clintons, so which time period was better? The Reagan years? 

MSM Ignores Kerry's Racist Comment

John Kerry used the racially offensive term "tar baby" while discussing the election on MSNBC and the media viturally igorned it. In fact, I just searched google news for "'tar baby' and Kerry" and only four hits came up. I guess when democrats who support Obama use racially offensive language it's OK.

Ed O'Reilly, Sen. John Kerry's first democratic challenger in 24 years, has repeatedly asked Kerry to participate in a debate. Instead Kerry has said he's too busy. As they say "a picture is worth a thousand words." That's especially true when the Senator is caught partying it up instead of debating.

Obama's social networking site has long been a site of controversy from organizations like the Black Panthers, who have started online groups, or more recently the thousands of supporters who joined a group opposing Obama's new stance on the FISA bill.

Now it's being reported that many of comments being left on the site are anti-semetic and filled with hate. Here are just a few of those comments:

Obama Continues Flipping on Oil

Not only has Obama flipped on offshore drilling within the past few days now he's shifted his position on releasing the national oil reserves. He wants to release about 70 million barrels of oil. His reasoning is because Americans are hurting at the pump. But when Hillary called for a gas tax holiday he blasted it as a gimmick and gas prices were pretty high back then as well. In fact his shift comes at an odd time. Today's barrel of oil is selling for about $118, that's $25 less than just a few weeks ago. Gas prices are falling and Obama now decides to shift positions. It appears he's always behind the curve. 

Speaker Nancy Pelosi has for weeks supported releasing the reserves and she's been vehemently against offshore drilling. So it was no surprise when she sent the representatives on recess without a vote on drilling. What was a surprise, and I think a surprise to Pelosi herself, was the next day Obama flipped on offshore drilling. Since then Pelosi's anti-offshore drilling rhetoric has been toned down and now Obama suddenly supports releasing the reserves. 

It's obvious Pelosi was not happy that Obama flipped without at least informing her first. To make up for it he agreed to support her foolhardy plan of releasing our emergency stockpile.
